We regret to inform everyone that our upcoming event, 𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒅𝒆: 𝑨 𝑺𝒂𝒘𝒐𝒍𝒛 𝑪𝒖𝒑𝒔𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕, will no longer push through as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances with our venue. We had reserved The Brewed Buddies as early as January 19 and settled both the reservation fee and required down payment (see first photo for proof of payment). Over the past few months, we consistently reached out to the café regarding event details, but responses were often delayed or left unanswered. On March 11, they informed us that the event was “not yet confirmed” (See second photo for proof). We immediately clarified that the payment had already been deducted from our end (see third photo for proof). Despite this, we received no further response. We continued to follow up through multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, email, and phone calls, but did not receive any confirmation. Today, just one day before the event, we received an email from the venue informing us that the booking has been canceled (see fourth photo for proof). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused, especially to our attendees and sponsors. Rest assured that we are actively exploring solutions to still make this cupsleeve event happen. We will keep everyone updated as soon as we have further developments.
