The addictions that i accept: coffee and creatine. ☕️ Konsumsi kopi (tanpa tambahan apa-apa ya, kalo kopi gula aren bisa bikin diabetes nanti) terbukti menurunkan risiko dementia dan peningkatan fungsi kognitif yang lumayan. Hidup iced americano!
