ZK-STARKs are quantum-resistant at the proof layer by design. STRK20 privacy layer launches april 30 with built-in compliance for institutions. algorand surged 50% on the google paper and sits at $1.11b. both are rounding errors against $1.39t in bitcoin that needs a consensus upgrade to survive. bitcoin requires community agreement for protocol changes. historically that takes years. the race between quantum hardware scaling and bitcoin governance is the most asymmetric setup in crypto right now. deploying more capital. steady lads.
