One reason I choose to be self employed is because of a condition I have called PMDD, it has been a tough month more than usual. I try to remain positive. Acting and exercise is my best medicine along with choosing good company. Not every struggle is visible. 🫶🏼#pmddawareness

@kat_kumar_actor It’s a tribute Comedy Dinner to Fawlty Towers, a TV Comedy from the late 1970’s. I play the character Manuel. We’re at a hotel in Liverpool tonight and Ilkley tomorrow🥰

Just got home from my all-day workshop with twenty fabulous actors giving their all and being bloody magnificent! 🙌 They came from all over the country and I cannot thank them enough. I hope they got as much out of it as I did. Thank you, you lovely people. 🎭 x
