@justDave_W @MynameisNadia__ I agree mate.I lost 3 stone & I didn’t feel particularly good & everybody said I looked ill. I’ve put about half of it back on.I go up & down & only weigh myself occasionally. I’m running at between 25 & 20% body fat & feel healthier for it. Don’t take supplements either.

This is 100% accurate, I've restricted my calories to between 1000-1200cal (I'm 5'1ft) a day & have lost the same amount I was losing on mounjaro.

@MynameisNadia__ @justDave_W How safe is it long term though? I agree it’s tough to be disciplined, but the natural gastric band does kick in. I’m down to 1400-1500 calories a day 6 days a week. And plenty of exercise

@keith0177 Yep, shame the two best fell to a defender and a rusty midfielder. The second half they cut off a lot of the space. They were niggly and took time wasting to an art, the goal kicks seemed to take a decade.

Good performance, but you don’t take your chances you get punished!
