Have given notice this afternoon of amendments to the EU-UK Agreement Motion in Parliament to ensure that we condition any ratification on the right of the people of Gibraltar to terminate if things go wrong & ability of the 🇬🇮Govt to exercise all relevant UK powers in Agreement

GSLP in denial about the Openshaw Inquiry Report; repeating that they’ve been exonerated & yet issuing legal action against Sir Peter Openshaw because of the inconvenient truth he found. Now also denying the British Govt was referring to serious findings against CM! Learning zero

YOU shouldn’t have to pay for Mr Picardo’s private legal challenge against HIS misconduct finding. Desperate last political survival straw. Challenging TRUTH found by Inquiry he convened to establish the truth. So much for his claims that Government “vindicated” & he “exonerated.” REMINDER if it were needed that Sir Peter Openshaw found that he “attempted to interfere in a criminal investigation” on several occasions in a “grossly improper” way.

The text of proposed EU-UK Treaty for 🇬🇮 should now be released to Opposition to ensure there’s proper scrutiny before Parliamentary debate. Keeping us in the dark on actual text of the Treaty till eleventh hour doesn’t help full debate on an important issue affecting our future
