A nurse is asking a question a lot of hard working Americans are thinking but afraid to say out loud - she is grinding long shifts, on her feet all day saving lives, and watching people with no visible income pulling up in new cars, going on vacations, and living well while she is trying to figure out how to make her check stretch.
She said she is not hating, she genuinely wants to know what step she missed. Here is the honest answer - some people are on government assistance, some are in the streets, some have family money, some are deep in debt living a lifestyle they cannot actually afford, and a small percentage figured out how to build something online or through investing that replaced a traditional job.
The difference is most people are not going to tell you their real situation on social media. Keep grinding nurse, your day will pay off.
