@bushontheradio Listened to the original radio Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy while training for London marathon once, but usually now just stream the radio.

Today is my first training run for the half marathon I've signed up for. Question - what do you listen to when you run? Any kind of music or bands work best? I was kind of thinking of listening to an audiobook or is that WEIRD?

This has massively gone under the radar. I like the ambition of going for the tries, but sometimes you need to take the wind of of their momentum, put the team that little bit safer and have the upper hand going in at half time. Sometimes, just take the 3!

Approaching an hour since we had our case at Heathrow T5 after landing from Munich. A combination of Uber not connecting drivers or them cancelling after accepting and then TfL proving a dreadful service ( now been 18 minutes since arriving in the platform), we’re still here.
