Reminder… Judge Arthur Engoron and Leticia James claimed Mar-a-Lago was worth between $18 million and $27.6 million. Forbes just valued Mar-a- Lago at $650 million. 36 times what they claimed. They scammed just to get Trump on fraud. They both belong in prison. Evil.

ALERT: MSNBC admits Barack Obama may be in the crosshairs of Florida's special grand jury investigating the conspiracy to weaponize intelligence agencies against Donald Trump. Andrew Weissmann, who helped on the original Russia hoax as a top Mueller team prosecutor, explained on air how the "grand conspiracy" legal theory is designed to reach back and potentially subpoena Obama. Weissmann admitted the strategy may circumvent the statute of limitations.

bemethyl is one of the most interesting compounds in the soviet pharmacology arsenal. developed in the 1970s by the same russian military-pharmaceutical complex that gave us bromantane and mexidol, bemethyl was designed for one specific purpose: maintaining peak cognitive and physical performance under extreme stress, fatigue, and hypoxic conditions. think soldiers, cosmonauts, special forces. the main thing you'll notice is that you simply don't fucking crash. you just keep putting up shots. it's not a stimulant, so it's not a focus spike. just the cognitive cliff that normally hits after sustained hard output gets pushed back significantly. you stay functional hours longer than you should. stress resilience is the other one. things that would normally scatter your focus land lighter. you stay composed without feeling blunted. the benefit is the absence of degradation. that makes it subtle but once you notice it you can't unfeel it. here's the mechanism that makes it interesting: bemethyl is an actoprotector - a class of compound with almost no western equivalent. just like bromantane. it enhances mitochondrial RNA synthesis and activates succinate dehydrogenase, shifting cellular energy production toward more efficient oxidative metabolism. it's increasing your cells' capacity to PRODUCE energy under stress rather than just stimulating output from existing capacity. it also induces synthesis of stress-protective proteins and enhances gluconeogenesis in the liver, which is why physical endurance under prolonged stress is dramatically improved. cognitively, it reduces the performance degradation that comes from sleep deprivation, hypoxia, and acute stress; and this might be the conditions where other cognitive enhancers can start failing you. you might be thinking... isn't this kind of similar to meldonium? not quite. both bemethyl and meldonium are soviet-era metabolic performance compounds, but they attack the problem from opposite angles. > meldonium restricts fatty acid oxidation to force more efficient glucose metabolism. > bemethyl directly enhances mitochondrial machinery to increase energy output capacity. one optimizes the fuel source, the other upgrades the engine. stacked together? they're basically covering the full metabolic picture. it's fucking beautiful. 250-500mg, take with food in the morning. 5 days on, 2 days off for a few weeks. swisschems.is/product/bemeth…

While everyone's once again on the whole "USAA is garbage" warpath (they are), it's time once again for me to share a little story from 2013: As some of you know, I do computer security stuff. Not just professionally, but for fun. One day in December 2013, I got some spam email. It was a phish. Purporting to be from USAA. Since I was taking 2 years off from working (voluntarily; I'd just gotten married and wanted to focus on me for a while), I had ample time on my hands. So, I started digging. Long story short: I located the threat actor -- full name, address, photo, front door, and all his infrastructure. I infiltrated that, and obtained full details of every USAA customer he's successfully tricked into handing over everything: PII, credentials, account details, credit/debit card info, the works. Along with his other campaigns running, pretending to be other banks. I packaged this all up professionally and approached the appropriate people in USAA about it. Explained who I was, that I'd done this professionally for decades, that I'd been a long-standing customer of USAA, etc. I was told, in no uncertain terms -- in fact, in these exact words -- "It's our policy not to pursue fraud". I was a bit taken aback. I had to have them repeat, and then explain that. I couldn't've possibly heard that right. Here I was, a security professional, handing them a fairly large threat actor on a silver platter, along with a decent-sized list of USAA customers that either had been victims of fraud, or were about to be. And they not only said they weren't interested, but that they intended to do quite literally nothing. Absolutely nothing. Earlier that year they'd stopped underwriting motorcycle policies, so I had already pulled my auto and bike insurance from them. So, I spent Christmas Eve night that year (because I wasn't about to wait) sitting in the office of a local bank opening new accounts, transferring everything out of USAA. The following week we took it to the State Police. They were interested, but had no idea what to do with the information, even after I politely suggested various avenues to pursue. And I was talking with the officer who was in charge of "all the computer stuff". The report remains on file. The threat actor remains at large. His victims remain screwed. USAA doesn't give two shits about you, and hasn't for quite some time.

@JBlunt1018 Just cancelled all my USAA polices and credit card because they fired all their US employees and replaced them with foreign labor.

In 1982, a Turkish sponge diver stumbled upon what he described as ‘metal biscuits with ears’ off the Mediterranean coast of Turkey near Kaş. The find proved to be an elite shipment from the Late Bronze Age, providing precious archaeological evidence for the exotic and valuable gifts exchanged by kings, heads of state, or wealthy merchants. The Uluburun shipwreck was excavated by INA over 11 seasons between 1984 and 1994, with more than 22,000 dives logged to depths in excess of 150 feet. The Uluburun ship was transporting a bulk cargo of copper and tin ingots, in the usual ratio of 10:1 to produce bronze. Other cargo included pottery (used, unused, and also containing foodstuffs) and luxury items intended for a very specific and wealthy audience, such as carved ivory containers, jewelry of gold and semi-precious stones such as carnelian and agate. Raw materials from distant lands included glass ingots, unworked elephant tusks, ostrich eggshells, and faience beads. Personal effects such as weapons and galley wares, balance weights and musical instruments including lutes with tortoise-shell sound boxes suggest that the ship was operated by a Syro-Canaanite crew and carried several passengers from the Greek mainland. In addition to the precious cargo, many stone anchors and a tiny bit of the hull remained, both of which are equally important in the study of ancient shipbuilding and its development. The ship itself was built of Lebanese cedar, wood that was prized in antiquity, with the technique of pegged mortise-and-tenon joints, and possessed a proto-keel rather than a true keel. Close study of the cargo and hull remains of the Uluburun wreck has provided a special glimpse into the Bronze Age, its material cultures, and aspects of construction, economic exchange, and transportation. In general, this degree of interconnection of the Mediterranean during this time could have only been achieved through the intense maritime activity that is exemplified by the ship that sank at Uluburun.

What you choose to look at is quietly shaping who you become. Fill your feed with noise, outrage, and decay and it bleeds into your thinking. Fill it with beauty, order, and meaning and something in you begins to rise. If you want a sharper mind, a calmer spirit, a deeper sense of purpose, start with what you see every day. Engage with beauty. Like it. Share it. Stay around it. Your feed trains your soul.

JUST IN: Missing University of Alabama student has been found in the water off the coast of Barcelona. Jimmy Gracey, 20, was vacationing in Barcelona, Spain, for spring break and went missing. Catalan police launched a search at sea for the body after a witness claimed to have seen a young man walking toward the sea on the night of his disappearance. The family released a statement: “We are so grateful for the kindness and concern that have been shown for our family during this incredibly difficult time. We have made the decision to pause media interviews at this time to focus on being together and caring for one another. Thank you for respecting our privacy and holding our family in your thoughts and prayers.” Port Olympic identified the body as Jimmy Gracey and are investigating how he ended up in the sea and the cause of his death.
