@NeilHammacott1 @IPC_Amy Sister is the most ridiculous and outdated term. I use it if I have to, but it is extremely sexist and there is no need to use it in this era. Any leader worth their role will say dont call me Sister, call me (first name). And, yeah band 6 is not the way to refer to someone.

I never understand why in the #NHS we hear professionals refer to each other by pay grade- “Who’s your band 6 today” It’s a huge relief when I hear our colleagues being referred to by their title, shows a team who appreciate each other for their role in patient care #BeKind
