@catturd2 Cutting out processed food is a great start. Minimize salt, sugar and oils. Stay with whole food plant based as much as possible. I'm 66 and always had weight issues. 4 years of eating that way, I'm steady at an ideal weight and blood numbers are good.

I decided after my brief hospital stay 5 weeks ago, I was going to try to be more healthy. For 35 days, I haven't drank any alcohol. At 60-years-old, I decided not go on any specific diet; just eat less and clean - meats, fruits, and vegetables. In 35 days, I've lost 20 pounds and have a ton more energy. Going to keep doing what I'm doing.

UNIX was created back in the day when we couldn't afford vowels, and many consonants. So common commands had to be shortened a little bit: "Copy" becomes "cp" "List" becomes "ls" "Rename" becomes "mv" and so on. But fear not. Soon systemd will restore the balance with long command names again. This is 2024 and 70's okay?

As a vegan (wfpb specifically), we need to educate and not out down non vegans. There are A LOT of meal planning resources.
