In this case people are being unfair to Home Affairs/BMA… the bodies were discovered 2 days after he flew out of the UK. He technically would have had already landed and settled in Joburg kudala before authorities even knew what he’d done.

A 45-year-old Zimbabwean-born IT manager, Ndodana "Mark" Tshuma, is wanted by police in the UK after his wife, Zandile Tshuma (42), and their two daughters, Natalie (15) and Nala (5), were found dead at their home in Bedford. Police say Tshuma left the UK on Saturday and flew to Zimbabwe. CCTV footage captured him at Heathrow Airport shortly before the bodies were discovered. Authorities are now working with international agencies to locate him and have urged him to surrender to the police. Friends of the family said Zandile had decided to end the marriage and was planning to start a new life with her daughters. They said the couple had been experiencing marital problems for some time and were preparing to divorce, including arranging for their £1.3 million home to be valued for sale. Some friends described Mark as controlling and said he did not want the marriage to end. Zandile was a successful financial crime and anti-money laundering specialist who had worked for major organisations, including Barclays and KPMG. She was also active in fraud prevention work and had a strong professional reputation. Police have described the case as a complex investigation and said there is no indication of any wider threat to the public. The family, originally from Zimbabwe, had lived in Bedford since 2011 and were well known in their community. The investigation is ongoing, and police are continuing efforts to locate Tshuma and establish exactly what happened.
