Great idea let’s dump everyone in care homes to be bedbound forever and never walk again because why would we invest in rehab & therapies too. Be truly awful to aim to improve people’s quality of life wouldn’t it

Took part in preceptorship training today. Lots of skills learnt to help our new band 5 starters into the trust and to be able to take these skills forward into our day to day practice #preceptorship

4 months ago I made the decision to accept a Band 6 Community Physio post. This week I have doubted whether it was right choice or if I had gone for 6 too soon but today has confirmed that it was 100% the right decision, my patients are the reason I work so hard everyday🥰✨🤍
