HMO in Nigeria is trash. Tell me why my HMO is saying because I didn’t get authorization from them (this is after the hospital I registered in gave me a referral letter to General hospital), they won’t reimburse me. In their words “I should have gotten authorization from them before going ahead with the treatment”. You mean, I should call you guys while I was in pain and can’t even breathe well as to ?????
