I’m in favour on increasing taxes to pay for better benefits specifically a 1% wealth tax on assets over £10m. Only the uk govt can do that,

Nothing to do with public finances and benefits. Clearly you don't want to pay for better benefits. Fine, a valid Tory stance.

@LosTremelos @blairmcdougall Why don't you want to pay in Scotland, for better benefits in Scotland. I'm happy to. I'll also lose the winter fuel payment, if SNP follow Westminster. I agree the benefit should be means tested. Highlighting someone's hypocrisy is not patronising.

@andrewburrough8 @ClarkeMicah Mate the number one foreign language in Spain is eh English and yo my knowledge Spain was never part of the British empire … English is the number one language in the world which is why everybody learns it

@LosTremelos @ClarkeMicah What do they teach people these days, Afghanistan and Iran were never part of the British Empire and Syria was colonised by the French. They learn English because they want to come to Britain, they don't have English and so decide England is a good place.
