@AmericanAir It’s very frustrating that a world class airline that has a base in Phoenix could not fly a flight crew to LAS but instead put a 7 hour delay on my flight which would make me miss my connection. I had to buy tickets on SWA costing me over $600. EP pissed member

@AmericanAir it’s so nice to not only have a flight delayed and then delayed again as you watch the delayed flight crew all stop at the Cuban Cafe in Miami to add another 15 min delay to our flights. At least the ones who didn’t order could do the pre check
