Changing a dirty filter in a heat recovery ventilation system in the city is a bit of an eye opener as to what we breathe in everyday! Bit of a difference between the old and new one isn't there!

So proud of the @AvondaleUtdFC u15D1 side that lost 2-0 away to a very good Carrigtwohill side in their last game of a very successful season which sees them finish 2nd and gain promotion to the Premier Division. They'll be available in Brock later to talk tactics....
