Kath Phipps RIP. Met the loveliest lady ever circa 1983 for the first time. Every single time afterwards she had a smile. Kath was wonderful to us journalists, friendly, helpful and warm. She made us welcome. I’m upset Kath is no longer with us. She was the heart of United.❤️❤️

The property maintenance guy where I work found a woman hanging in a house on a job he went to today. He cut her down, revived her and she is now receiving crisis care. 4 schoolchildren still have a mother tonight because of him. Real fucking heroes don’t wear capes.
