@elsyklist @Senterpartiet @Arbeiderpartiet Arbeidstilsynet må prioritere saker som innbefatter alle under 18 år og spesiellt sesongarbeid. Dette er jo sommerjobber og gjelder norske ungdommer også. De er vant til å følge regler i samfunnet og deres første møte med arbeidslivet er dette....

@lektorlomsdalen Det fremstår nesten som om arbeidsgivere med sesongarbeidere har amnesti mot tilsyn og ikke trenger å forholde seg til arbeidsmiljøloven.

Dette holder ikke, @Arbeidstilsynet. Det er soleklart, uansett om det gjelder utenlandske sesongarbeidere som utsettes for sosial dumping eller en prøver å utnytte norske mindreårige. Særlig når en samlet næring har gått høyt ut med at det er umulig å få tak i norske arbeidere.
