@AvantiWestCoast Then they put us onto another train which was already full and sent us backwards. I finally got on a train to Preston again at 18.13 (7hours later) And even that train managed to get me into Preston 1.5 hours later than scheduled!!!!!! Serious shit show!

@AvantiWestCoast Guys were pissing in Pringles pots. We had no food, no water and we had to sit there for 4 hours before they did anything about it.

@AvantiWestCoast There were pregnant ladies sleeping in the corridors trying stay down on the floor out of the heat. There were elderly ladies calling the driver and asking how they can use the toilets - being told to urinate on top of overflowing toilets.

Yesterday was so bad! 11.19 @AvantiWestCoast service from London Euston were stuck in the middle of nowhere, no aircon, no charge, no toilets, no flushing of the toilets without electric doors. (Continued on next tweet)
