A master mass here from Micheal Martin on how to speak fluently and diplomatically - while also standing up for values, peace and European allies -

After Trump disses Starmer, Irish leader Micheál Martin jumps in to defend Starmer and encourages Trump to get along with him. Martin then pivots to defending Ukraine -- a country Trump also dissed earlier in the event.

This guy is a genius. And while usually very funny, this one makes some very serious points. It is a must-watch.

Yesterday, I told you guys about 50….
Now at 60, life is no longer asking what you want to become, it is showing you what you have already become. The noise has reduced. The excuses have expired. What remains is the truth of your habits, your relationships, and the systems you built when you still had strength and time on your side.
At 60, health is the real wealth, not as a quote but as a lived reality. Strength is measured in mobility, clarity, and independence. Regular checkups, movement, and routine are no longer optional. This is the age where a simple illness can change everything, and discipline quietly determines how free or restricted your life will be.
At 60, money is about continuity, not growth. The question is no longer “how much can I make” but “how long can what I have sustain me.” Income should be predictable, expenses controlled, and dependents clearly defined. At this stage, confusion around finances is dangerous. Simplicity is power.
At 60, relationships narrow to what is essential. Children are adults. Friends are fewer. Conversations are deeper. You no longer chase relevance; you command respect by presence alone. Peace becomes more valuable than being right, and solitude stops feeling like loneliness.
At 60, legacy becomes visible. People are already living the lessons you taught, or suffering the ones you neglected to pass on. This is the season of mentorship, storytelling, and quiet influence. Your greatest value now is not speed, but perspective.
At 60, life becomes about dignity. How you live. How you age. How you are treated. And how prepared you are for the day you can no longer push as hard. If you planned well, this decade is calm, reflective, and honorable. If you did not, it can feel rushed and uncertain. Time no longer shouts. It whispers. And it expects wisdom in return.

Around 400 Palestinians, including dozens of children, have been killed while trying to get humanitarian assistance. I don’t recall these incidents (including this weekend) leading many papers or news bulletins. Are we really saying a few chants from a couple of musicians is more newsworthy or important? We have lost our bearings …
