We came one game short from playing for a state championship. We won a lot of games in high school and we accomplished a lot together. Six of us started on the varsity as freshman. My SECTA baseball team had an overall 3.64 GPA to take home the Nevada 4A Academic State Championship. This is our 4th year in a row that we have accomplished this feat. I’m also thankful for being selected to the Nevada interscholastic Allstate team for having a 4.0 GPA unweighted. On the field the playoffs resume tomorrow with only six teams remaining to battle it out for a state championship. Situational hitting with 6.6 speed on 2nd base from @lucas_jaggers, hitting behind the runner is the best option. I had six hits in three games this week. Great time in San Diego this week at the @lionsbaseball tournament, the Lions tournament started in 1951 and is the oldest high school baseball tournament in the country. Team went 3-1, I had six hits and picked up the W on the bump allowing only one hit, defense played great error free baseball to close out the tournament. @CoachHarris7 @Gregg_Jefferies @EG_LVR
