If you can’t support customers, stop selling. Disappointing for a co-brand of @KentROSystems Avoid buying KUHL BLDC fans.

@KentROSystems My RO system is under warranty, yet your service engineer initially asked for service charges. After I insisted, the charge was removed. This is not acceptable. Kindly ensure your service team follows proper warranty policies and does not mislead customers.

@KentROSystems are you running a scam company? Ur service centre people are disturbing 100 times for AMC without clearly mentioning the mode of payment, when I want to make payment of amc through credit card, you are telling that payment via credit card will attract 2.5% extra.

Kent has the worst possible product. They make faulty products and loot customers with requirement of service. In my one year of RO, it has have been serviced more than 15 times. Have spent same as RO cost, and still issue persists. Worst product ever @KentROSystems

@KentROSystems Hey,bought your purifier at my parents and it keeps dropping below 50 TDS despite multiple service visits. Input water stays around 170–200,so this isn’t normal fluctuation. It’s been over 7 months,this is clearly a faulty unit.Please replace it under warranty ASAP

@KentROSystems This post of mine is to recommend Kent for very SPECIAL AWARDS We purchased Kent air fryer and amazingly I have not been able to use it even once as it is malfunctioning Award 1 – Technology In the last one week I have tried to put in a complaint. The bot ensures that is only takes care of technology and not at all bothered about the customers Award 2 – Turn around time All service requests (after wasting hours on the bot) have been closed even without resolving our problem Award 3 – Empathy Every technician ensures he commits in a very genuine manner that he will resolve it “TODAY, NO MATTER WHAT” Award 4 – Consistency Every technician ensures we keep connecting with them at least 10 times a day and they are consistently busy

Extremely disappointed with @KentROSystems @KentCustomer @maheshguptakent service (Case 260324-03237). Was quoted ₹5600 for full filter replacement, but charged ₹6425 when I asked for proper documentation in the app. Filters look tampered & possibly non-genuine.
