NEWLY bought Kent purifier, they installed a faulty product. The installation guy asked to register a complaint b/c the unit is installed can't be taken back without it. No repair, no phone calls. They closed the ticket. I'm stuck without water. No help! NEVER BUY @KentROSystems

@KentROSystems Stay away from Kent RO. Very poor service on ground in Bangalore Sarjapura area. They have unprofessional service staff - who are very frustrated and annoying to deal with. Customer care is useless. Escalation doesn’t work. Hopeless.

@KentROSystems No one came for a service request but the message received that complaint resolved. On the previous complaint your person changed the filter of RO purifier but after a few minutes water started to overflow and tap water was coming from the filter. Pathetic response

@KentROSystems It’s been less than a year we purchased a new Kent RO. Facing lots of issues. Technician has changed all filters and is asking to change membrane !! In less than 12 months !!! Hope Kent sees this and takes appropriate action. We should be given a replacement .
