Did you know black tea, green tea, and white tea all come from the same plant? 🌿 They all come from Camellia sinensis - the difference is how the leaves are processed after picking. Black tea is fully oxidised, green tea is lightly processed, and white tea is the most delicate.

If your coffee ever tastes bitter, this is one of the most common reasons ☕ Water that’s too hot can over-extract compounds in coffee, creating harsh flavours. Brewing just off the boil usually gives a smoother, more balanced cup.
