El 18 de abril la @CIDH otorgó medidas cautelares de protección a Víctor Hugo Quero Navas y Carmen Teresa Navas. En este procedimiento, se informa al Estado venezolano sobre la medida y se espera una respuesta, que evidentemente nunca llegó. Ya Víctor tenía 9 meses de haber fallecido oas.org/es/cidh/decisi…

El Estado venezolano sabía, porque hubo acta de defunción y acto de inhumación con registro, que Víctor Hugo Quero está muerto desde hace 10 meses... 10 meses.
Su madre Carmen Navas lleva más preguntando a policías, oficinas, funcionarios, burócartas y solo encontró silencio.

El gobierno finalmente revela que Víctor Hugo Quero, detenido el 3 de enero de 2025 y desde entonces en paradero desconocido, murió el 24 de julio de 2025 bajo custodia del Estado.
Su madre Carmen Navas preguntó a las instituciones durante más de 1 año por él, sin respuesta.
