Running is now “cool” but this duo have actually been pavement pounding since 2010! Most times no phone to even take a photo, just on some holidays as we didn’t want to get lost! Some pretty epic adventures have been had, including crossing the US Canadian border 🇨🇦🇺🇸

…LITERALLY running into an elk in the snow ❄️, finding a dog that ran 12kms with us up a hill then returned right back to his home 🐕 , even more memories than one could ever write about, that’s the beauty of running!

@dickiebush Thought what I used was good for recurring shopping lists so showed Mom. Of course she had to one up me and create categories 🤣

Current productivity system: 1. Calendar 2. Apple Notes 3. Muji notebook I intentionally choose tools with limited functionality. Otherwise, I try to take on too many things (and make zero progress as a result).

Am a firm believer in living in the present but my brain clearly had other ideas last night saying the date is December 8 (Americans will tell me it’s August 12. Either way the point still stands - it’s JULY). #PersonalDevelopment #Selfhelp (I clearly need it 😅) #Motivation

Cycling is an incredible sport but the loss of someone in the cycling community has an impact on all and leaves us speechless. My thoughts are with André Drege’s family, and of course my Norwegian friends and all at @TeamCoopRepsol 🖤

Big weekend ahead 🫣 @UCI_cycling Track Nations Cup in Adelaide, Aus 🦘🇦🇺coming in hot..literally 🥵☀️ It was this same velodrome 2 years ago where I set my IP National record and was swayed into racing an Omnium so it could be a UCI C2 event. Cont. 👇

No TDU on the road this year but thought I’d join the fun with some crit action. Plan was to be patient so when a rider went up the road I waited for others to respond. After 20mins the gap wasn’t coming back so I countered the next attack and had a little 30min TT to 2nd 🥈
