"Sports" is one of my favorite script-bending techniques.
In this example, they bent the viral "Why It Sucks To Be [X]" format
... and adapted it for sports.
The videos got decent views, but not millions.
If I were running the channel, I’d use what I call "Hype Injection":
Instead of generalizing (e.g., Pitcher, UFC fighter, etc.),
... you talk about a specific person who is currently hyped (e.g., Why It Sucks To Be a YouTuber-Turned-Boxer).
This brings in:
• Fans of the format
• Fans of the sport
• Fans of the famous person
= You get a bigger audience overlap & as the result views.

I LIED...
What should have been a $40k payout for december, ended up being $2.5k due to inauthentic content
The revenue from my big channel was deducted from my own Adsense and from the CMS
It hurts, but honestly I'm grateful I got the $2.5k from my 2 smaller channels
Now I just have to start more channels and hire a VA/channel manager to scale my operation
I have seen what's possible with YT and have tasted the feeling of success
Once I can consistently hit at least $5k per month, then I'll finally quit my job

The dumbest, most shortsighted thing you can do as a small fish in an industry is take a jab at a whale publicly.
They don’t forgive & they don’t forget. They’re ruthless which is how they got to that position in the first place.
It may not be tomorrow, next month or even next year, but when someone with millions in funny money & a complicated psyche puts you on their list - it won’t be a fun ending.
The world is a small place & life is a long game. Do not make enemies unnecessarily - especially not for some clicks and attention.
War is bad for business.

❌INAUTHENTIC CONTENT UPDATE❌
3 Days ago i have also been hit with inauthentic.
On an Adsense with 8 other Monetized channels on it.
Here is what I'm doing based on everything i have learned:
1. Im keeping all channels on that Adsense. There have been cases where all other channels on that adsense will get "Suspension Due To Related Channel".
There are cases where moving the other channels away from the adsense worked and they are safe, but there are also cases where the related channel policy followed and are could possibly even spread now to the other adsenses aswell. So im keeping it there. Isolating the Virus.
2. Also am i selling / deleting everything that could possibly get inauthentic. Right now i define inauthentic risk as:
- Repetitive in titles and topics (In a Abusive way / High upload frequency)
- Made low effort with ai production
3. Also am i moving all big earning channels that are not on the affected adsense away from their adsense if there is a channel on that adsense with risk of inauthentic (this is all precaution).
4. For the rest I am still seeing wether I'm gonna fully delete some channels after leaving ypp on them. Wether I end up appealing or deleting the inauthentic channel is also still up for debate. Im waiting on more results from people in networks and connections to make the best choice.
UPDATE IN GENERAL:
Inauthentic continues to wreak havoc.
It's mainly about having repetitive content, usually combined with either simple ai production and or spam upload schedule abusing formats that have no reason to be reused that much.
There are still ai story channels up and running not affected. Which from what i've heard are usually O&O or affiliated to CMS.
Affiliating certain channels with MCN or a CMS might be more interesting than before.
It sucks and i barely know people not hit with inauthentic. We just gotta adapt and learn. I would also advice based on personal circumstances to see if the opportunity on youtube is still worth the reward for all the effort.
Im gonna give youtube some final tries and continue, otherwise I'm looking for another business with more skills involved.
Skills > Earnings.
But right now I ain't finished yet...

🛑MORE INAUTHENTIC CONTENT🛑 AI Channels aren't the only targets anymore. It seemed as if the storm was over, but since yesterday channels getting destroyed again. Classic YTA / Cashcow channels are now also being put in the meat grinder and even sleep channels with full editing and actual real content. Anything identified as mass produced is basically getting it. Doesn't matter wether it looks like 1 slop image or a $1000 Documentary. Spammy uploads, heavily repeated titles / thumbs / topics / formats. Maybe repetitive scripts too. It looks like once they flag you as a mass producer you're getting it. The latest Inauthentic content wave might be the biggest termination wave we have seen yet. X flooded with inauthentic content. Private networks flooded with inauthentic content. DMs flooded with inauthentic content. It's getting crazy. Many will give up. Time to learn and outplay the competition.

A lot has happened in the last 2-3 days with YT new demonetization wave
It would be wise to take a step back, look at the wider picture of the direction YouTube is trying to take with its content
Rebuild if you lost everything with a new understanding of where the platform wants to go moving forward
I went from losing consistent $5k+/m few months ago because of channel terminations to $200 in Adsense pay in Sep.
In the following months I built systems. Teams, SOP’s to get myself to 15k/m for Dec pay and amazing traction for $25-30k/m for Jan (which has been killed now because of inauthentication policy)
But YouTube always changes
Even if
-you plan
-you adjust
-you get better
-you build better
And you could lose it all still.
The only appropriate course of action is to adjust again, build even better, with the overall understanding of how YouTube wants you to operate and build channels
Even if they don’t specifically state what they want
Its on you to find that out and rebuild accordingly
Remember 90% of your competition will quit this month
Use that information as you will
