Great kettlebell workout today, front squats and swings with dual 24kgs, 5x5, reps up from last time and expect the same on the next!

@SandySommerRKC I agree with the snow shoveling! Since I started training double bell work, shoveling snow is a barely noticeable effort.

Just finished 100 snatches with a 16kg bell in 6:45 (had a few breaks). First attempt at setting a time; now I know what I have to work on.
