@onedrive Tried to communicate with your support team, but they are not receiving my emails. Got emails from them saying they are closing my ticket because I didn't respond, even though I did twice. Frustrating.

@onedrive My OneDrive stopped auto-syncing files created on other devices on my PC. I have to pause and then resume sync on my PC to get them to download. Uploads work fine though. How can I fix it?

@onedrive Thanks for the reply. I read that article earlier and none of those situations apply to me. OneDrive appears to be working normally (says that it is synced) but it will not automatically download new files created on other devices. I have to pause and unpause to get it to work.

@DreamHostCare They sent the EXACT same email last week. I explained the ENTIRE PROBLEM is that there is no NDR or Bounce message. Therefore I can not provide the NDR or Bounce they have requested. It does not exist, and THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

@DreamHostCare It's happening again. Email to or from our DH accounts just disappears into thin air without a bounce message. We have no idea if mail is being delivered or not.

@DreamHostCare They responded AGAIN with the same message, asking for NDR or Bounce message. THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS NO BOUNCE MESSAGE OR NDR. Emails just fail to arrive without any notification. Please escalate my ticket to someone who can actually read.
