The Bennett elbow on Stolarz was clearly intentional. He extends his elbow/forearm out at the last second in an attempt to catch a piece of the head. These freeze frames 1s apart tell a pretty clear picture of what Bennett was trying to do.

Mayor Chow has had the guts to do what no previous mayor since amalgamation has done - raise taxes to support the needs of a growing city with aging infrastructure and pressing affordable housing needs - and people who understand the math are like, “ok.” But the media? “Massive tax hike” “Toronto being held hostage” The media needs to get with the program. Honestly - this rules. I strongly disagree with Jamal Mayers' opinion on the Jets-Wild stuff but Jennifer Botterill went right back at him and they had a fiery debate. Neither backed down. That's good content.
