In lane 7, I PR and came in 1st place with a time of 6.80 at the #VAShowcase. I’m still working and evolving everyday.

3rd meet of the indoor season but my second meet running off an injury, PR with a 6.88 in the 55m and 1st place in the 4x200, more work to put in and still progressing.
