@NoChillGilZero 90s. Refined Jordan is why we got Kobe. He saw it when Kobe first came in the league.

@freakoutsideofx For some reason, as a child I thought Lela and Robin looked just alike. As an adult, I don't see it.

In June 1996 a lot was going on,Tupac most controversial song "Hit Em Up" had gotten released, that shook the rap game up and then there was Nas,who was stirring up some shit as well,he did what Kendrick Lamar would do in 2013 with his "Control" verse ...Nas "If I Ruled The World" video premiered on June 16th 1996, which had a snippet of his upcoming track "The Message" video (that never got fully released) But Nas would stir up some shit on one verse, where two rap kings at the time #2pac #Biggie would get perceived dissed subliminally on it,as well as #JayZ getting a "subliminal shot " as well...
All 3 rappers would respond,Tupac responding first on the 4th of July 1996,just two weeks after the video dropped, when he performed at the House Of Blues...Biggie would respond throughout his album #LifeAfterDeath of dissing Nas,one would be "Kick In The Door" in 1997 and his last verse ever that he would record "Victory"...While Jay Z would also respond to Nas on "City Is Mine" in 1997 and then "Come And Get Me" in 1999 both Nas and Jay Z would continue to subliminally diss each other from 1997 til Jay Z performed "Take Over" at the Hot97 Summer Jam in June 2001
"Funny how one verse can fuck up the game" #TheMessage @Nas
