So it’s not been a good month. I was unwell all last week went to hospital on Thursday in pain. I was then told my cancer had spread and sadly the chemo I’ve been battling through hasn’t been effective and my pain and increased fatigue is showing this. I’ve waited until today to say my consultant. She’s basically given me two options. Palliative care which is get me comfortable or a different Chemo. It’s a difficult decision for me not just for myself but the kids, Liz and my family. But I must fight so come Wednesday I’m going to give this further Chemo a go. There is a chance it makes me very ill and we have to consider stopping. I want to thank all those for the past 2ish weeks who have helped me and Liz manage things. Families and friends, you all know who you are. My phones been like a hot iron for a while but I’m usually asleep or just not looking but wanted to take this time to share this. Hopefully better times are around the corner x #lufc

Bit of personal news from me. Some may have noticed Ive been a little absent recently here and on Instagram. I started feeling unwell around the middle of June and for the longest time was being directed that it was trivial. I have though recently been diagnosed with a rare liver cancer that is unfortnately uncureable after many tests, biopsy's and wasted time inbetween. This has clearly smashed my world apart and not what you expect at 36. Some who have followed for while will know my Dad who started posting under the alias WALMOT in 2012 and that we lost him 5 years ago aged 50 to cancer. hows your luck eh? I have had time to absorb this news and im determined to fight for my 3 young boys and beautiful fiance. Ive toiled in my head whether to share this news or not. Im not looking for sympathy or anything like that. I want people to make sure you grab those around you, tell you love them as often as you can. Dont waste the time you are given, cherish it. Adam x

It didn’t come down to this game or the last five or six. This has been a relegation fought for and won over two seasons of arrogance, ineptitude and penny pinching. Relying on players we knew weren’t good enough and buying worse replacements. Get it over and done with.

@emilyeavis What will capacity be for 2023? Same or less than 2022, it felt unsafe on several occasions as a first timer, but many people I know who’ve been numerous times said it felt like there were just too many people there this year. I’m keen to know before ticket sale day please ☮️&❤️
