@MSC_Cruises_UK I need to apply before booking the cruise to receive the discount. I’ve already contacted MSSClub, and they’re still working on resolving the issue. I’m not sure when the status match will be completed.

Hi @MSC_Cruises_UK, I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to register for a status match when selecting Expedia, but your form keeps failing and customer service hasn’t been able to resolve it. This delay is now holding up my cruise booking. Can you please help?

Got an email saying my order was ready at John Lewis. Went to collect, waited around, only to be told it was recalled due to a misprice. No product, no warning, no apology. Total waste of time and money. Really poor customer experience.
