@d_stepanovic So true, I usually say when I do training, if your design says "wtf," your test will definitely say "wtf x 2" The test is the first indicator of a good design.

Comme c’est pénible de savoir qu’il y a des choses qui s’organise sans être invitée. Est-ce parce que je suis une femme ? Aussi, il y a zéro daily meeting, zéro backlog ni même de roadmap. @d_stepanovic I use pomodoro with my pair/mob When it is my first time with a person, the 5 min of break is used to discuss our way of work, not the code itself. Then, after 3 to 4 breaks, we usually align, and then it becomes a real break.
