I’ve been predicting this as the inevitable outcome. @mattkalish had the best intentions, but there was no viable path to a sustainable business under @Banks’ leadership. I believed in him for far too long when I ran the company. His early instincts were exceptional, and for the first decade he and the other co-founders brought strong yet often competing visions that built the brand.
But scaling a company requires an evolving vision. Too often, he and the others resisted the changes necessary to grow both the brand and the business to the next levels.
I still think fondly of the exciting early days of building the company with Apex, Temperrr, Rain, and Banks. There were many lessons for all of us, and I wish them all success as they move into whatever comes next.
The future of the popular influencer group FaZe Clan is in flux once again after several members announced their departures this week following failed contract talks with new management bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

13 years ago I brought home my childhood puppy Lacey. I loved and cared for her throughout my entire childhood, and ultimately named myself after her online. Today we unfortunately had to say goodbye and put her down. She will continue to live through the name, Rest in Peace ❤️🩹
