At the exact minute @Grubhub called to cancel because it was so late, @gopuff driver arrived. By the time I opened the door, he got the cancellation and said he couldn’t give me my food or he’d get in trouble for stealing. Neither service could resolve and he left with my food 🤬

@gopuff @Grubhub I ordered via @Grubhub who couldn’t get in touch with you and your driver (employed by @gopuff) tried for 20 minutes to get support and couldn’t. He said this is common with 3rd party apps yet couldn’t do anything on the GoPuff side to be allowed to simply hand me my food.

Hey DC, who makes the best chicken tenders in the city?

I will never order from @Grubhub again. I get it, it’s the Super Bowl, it’s busy. But the customer “service” I just received on 2 different orders (because my first order was missing food) was completely unhelpful and I still have no food.
