Interesting problem of PDAC. Young male 49. What are the options?

@JasSamra8 There is an ill defined mass in head of pancreas with bile duct an pancreatic duct dilatation, suggesting a head of pancreatic pdac. Management would involve 1. eus/bx or ercp/brushings; stent 2. neoadjuvant therapy

@JasSamra8 Prof Samra, thanks for sharing this case. Hard to appreciate anatomy through coronal view. Looks like that that there are large collaterals between SMA and coeliac axis which might suggest coeliac axis stenosis.
