@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care your kisumu tuffoam branch has to be the most frustrating! Demand outweighs supply of staff! After queuing on the street for 40mins you get in to sit for another 45mins…in 2026 there should be a faster way of doing things

@khizras @KenyaPower_Care The KPLC reporting & emergency response system is BROKEN, I bet deliberately. I have lived in Milimani KSM nxt to KPLC staff houses & witnessed blackouts & mishaps being attended to 15 hrs later, leisurely by multiple crews, always only from midmorning.

It’s so unfortunate that 72hrs later this pole still lies on our block. We have been in darkness since Sunday 6pm with no action from @KenyaPower_Care Kisumu. If this is us in the heart of the city I wonder what mashinani must be going through?? #Ifikie kenyapower
