(Committee + Parliament/NGOs-check& Balance + YDPA + Majlis Raja Raja) 2) Annual reporting mechanism to Parliament. Accountability. 3) Previously no one can scrutinize who sent the names/who nominated/selection criteria etc. Now Bipartisan Select committee in Parliament can get these answers and suggest recommendations.
