When I am getting close to a payout I will sometimes just take a session off. I don’t want the anxiety of being one day away and worrying that I’m gonna mess up. Sometimes it’s nice to even just have a red day or a small red day instead of trying to force something. I think the hardest thing is that when you have a profit target you start trying to get there as quickly as you can. You want to make sure you can get to that profit target that you’ve been working towards finally. And then you can get that payout and finally see a reward for all of your hard work. But it’s best not to fall into the trap, because that’s another psychological game that prop firms play with you

@DBadgerCapital that’s so true, although it’s been hard to find time to touch grass recently, also maybe why the time feels so disproportionate sometimes

@khushman Its to do with memories. If you're doing something repetitive the brain doesnt bother to remember basically. It all blurs into one as you say. Make sure you live life and touch some grass once in a while.

I won't say bad I did make some decent money but I m still not where I want to be and I want to be a better trader. I m a slow learner so I m still learning every single day. There were days when I was frustrated and almost gave up like 3-4 times but I got back up again and again it's not easy but I know I ll make it one day
