@azephynight is there a more detailed guide on how to connect all this and where? I just started and I don't understand the node at all, but I make rim light using the tutorial from dillon goo through the curvature node.

Idk if this will be useful to anyone but I didn't want to gatekeep. How to get a rim light effect on a single material in Blender without compositing! You must use the Goo Engine, but perhaps there's a solution in vanilla blender as well. #b3d
