married could act as a metaphor for her trying to have a fresh new start. despite seemingly having moved on, her unease around bok-su during the game shows that she's aware what she did was wrong— and she probably hasn't fully forgiven herself for the incident.

ruined her in the first place. it's also quite upsetting due to the fact that, again, rather than healing, she practically shifted her entire life's focus to getting even with da-jeong. so what more does she have to live for after it's over with?

one thing i've always liked about bok-su is the irony of her character— that being the fact that she built her life around becoming someone who worked to save lives, only to do the exact opposite. it's quite possible that her past self would have hated the way she turned out.
