@LloydsBank I have done this so many times now. I've had email acknowledgement that you have a widespread issue this has been going on for a month I'm shocked you are not aware

Between @LloydsBank and @GooglePay someone needs to take accountability to help me get my bank card working. Sick of being passed from one to the other.

@LloydsBank That is absolutely not true I've had an email from you tech team telling me you are aware of the issues and working on it and that I would receive a follow up when fixed plus I've received compensation

@LloydsBank Finally someone from your complaint department has responded and admitted you have a widespread issue with your app and the it teams are looking at this. Why do you put customers through this. Very poor service

It's very tedious and frustrating they are like robots not listening to what they are bieng told and don't wNt to admit they have a problem. I know many people now

@LloydsBank Yes you've replied asking me to call. I've already explained this numerous times I can't call. I was calling before travelling and getting nowhere with your help team apart from promises of a fix before I travelled

@LloydsBank I'm away for three months I'm not going to spend hours on an International phone call only to be kept told to try same things clear cache reinstall etc. Many people I know have same issue.

@kiborocket @LloydsBank Yeh a tried it on a different phone too and seeing the same thing. Weirdly I have 2 family members who can log in without issue so not sure if it is a an O/S issue or account issue. They're using the same version of Android that I am.

@LloydsBank I've already raised a complaint. But really I'd just like the app fixed. I kept getting told I was the only person complaining but I now know that's not true. You need to sort your it department out

@AndrewM54363806 @LloydsBank They are bloody useless I now know many people with same error. I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service

@kiborocket @LloydsBank I am also getting this error since last Thursday. Logged an IT ticket over the phone last week and chased up today. More than just me having this problem anyway which is good to see (sort of)
