If no indication of war in tomorrow's speech by Hezbollah's leader, then feel free to return to the country (risk of war will still remain high, but less so if war not declared tomorrow) If war is declared tomorrow, the airport will likely be one of the first targets by Israel, as we saw in 2006. Considering the U.S warships int he region, and the events of Oct 7th (causing the IDF to be militarily more aggressive than ever), I would expect this war to be worse than 2006. I HOPE I am wrong. I've been saying for weeks it is highly UNLIKELY Hezbollah will join the war, however based on recent developments on the ground, the travel alerts by the U.S and other countries, embassy evacuations, and other points made in my post below, things do not look good at all. Also, as I've mentioned 2 days ago, sources have told me that Iran and Hezbollah have informed the U.S that IF there is no ceasefire tomorrow in Gaza, Hezbollah WILL JOIN THE WAR. There are behind the scenes efforts ongoing at the moment to try to reach a middle ground to prevent Hezbollah from declaring war on Israel, and there is a very real chance they succeed. But the likelihood they fail is higher than it's ever been since the war started. A war with Hezbollah will turn the ongoing war into a regional conflict, and the risk of that happening hasn't been higher for decades. If you're in Lebanon, LEAVE. Better be safe than sorry.
