The Jinju International Forum 2024, held this week, celebrated achievements and introduced new initiatives, particularly in entrepreneurship. A key highlight was the Entrepreneurship World Dean's Roundtable, which focused on innovation with sustainability in mind.

The Global Entrepreneurship Dean's delegation traveled from Seoul to Busan, Korea, for enriching events ahead of the main Jinju Forum. We engaged with representatives from Pusan University, City University of Hong Kong, and KNN exchanging ideas and planning future collaborations.

I had the honor of attending as a keynote speaker at the 120th Annual Latin American Metallurgical Congress (ADIMRA), Argentina's most anticipated business forum each year. During my presentation, I shared my experiences at Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors.

I just arrived in Geneva, Switzerland, to visit the International Labour Organization (ILO) headquarter for UN (MSME) Day. I am attending as the Chairman of ICSB to discuss how companies that have adopted Humane Entrepreneurship have achieved sustainability!

I had the opportunity to share insights on a TV documentary for Korean National TV titled "The Origins of K-Entrepreneurship: Tracing the Roots of Korean Entrepreneurial Practices" It was exciting to share my insights on the next decade of K-Entrepreneurship on Korean TV.

We have arrived in Geneva, Switzerland to further planning for UN's MEME Day [June 27th]. Collaborating closely with the ILO and the Secretary-General of the IOE, we're discussing the message and program we aim to introduce for this special event amidst the challenges of 2024.

It was a delightful experience envisioning a brighter future over a shared meal, and I look forward to the positive impact our collaboration can have on fostering humane entrepreneurship. Exciting times lie ahead!

SME World Forum is on its second research workshop day, and today we focused on Policy Practicing Entrepreneurship. Two initiatives foster entrepreneurship. If innovation is half the battle, empathy is the other half. People innovate in order to inspire people with empathy.

The SME World Forum 2023 is being held in Baku, Azerbaijan (November 13th - 16th, 2023). It's fantastic to see the ICSB team leading the initiative of this year's theme, "Building a Better Future by Empowering Youth," with the goal of creating a more sustainable future.
