OK, I'm going rogue - 'yupster' is a better term 'cause it additionally implies a yes-person quality that is part-positivity, part-opportuninsm.

I have just discovered the word 'yipster' (the frankly omnipresent crossover between yuppie + hipster) and nothing will ever be the same again.
