The ability to tailor your design style to different niches is one of a designer’s greatest strengths. One minute, I’m rounding up on insurance designs, the next; food and groceries logistics, art and culture, Fin tech, sport, education.

There's this node-based design software I explored late last year (generative AI though). I haven't seen anyone mention it online. It's called ComfyUI by the way, very heavy software. Anyone heard of it?

This app is the greatest. There's nothing we've not witnessed here. Murders in progress, criminals caught live, billionaire's bumbum, the live testimonies of a Nigerian CEO who is a meowsexual. Now, we are witnessing two tech giants bickering like housewives. 😭

Highlights from the One Point project I worked on. My favourite part, which also happened to involve the most technicality, is the frame in the lower left-hand corner. It showcases the transition from the general message tab to a direct DM, a classic example of animation without losing detail. If you're a founder or business owner aiming to reach a wider audience or provide clarity to existing clients/prospects through motion videos, reach out to me. I'm open to international projects🌍 #saasexplainer #promovideos

I don't know what X's algorithm thinks I want, but I'm not interested in all this stuff flooding my timeline. I only want #TechX

@cchriskkr I'd go with the one at the right hand side, it offers good contrast

Someone just referred me for a remote job in Canada. People ask me, "How are you getting these international remote opportunities?" My answer is simple. Take your social media seriously. Most people are just starting their journey. You don't have money for Connects, and you don't want to waste the little you have. You're not at the stage where you can comfortably spend hundreds of thousands on Connects. So here's what you should do. Avoid distractions. If you need to deactivate some of your other social media accounts, do it. You might think they're not distracting you, but you'll be surprised how much time and attention they steal. Focus on whatever is going to make you money. One thing I've learned is that increasing the number of people you talk to increases the number of opportunities you get. Even on my burner account, I still network. I still introduce myself. I still meet new people. I still try to come out of my shell. This is something every beginner should be doing. Every day, challenge yourself to start conversations with at least 10 people. You won't keep up with everyone, and not everyone will reply. That's normal. But eventually, someone will check out your profile, remember your name, or think of you when an opportunity comes up. That's how referrals start. This simple habit changed the game for me. At the same time, be patient. If you know you don't have money for premium tools or paid shortcuts, then your advantage is consistency and networking. Keep showing up. Keep talking to people. Keep building relationships. You never know who will open the next door for you.
