i'm hiring! need video editor who will be available to: - edit short-form vertical videos for shorts format (30-90 sec) - Edit long-form horizontal videos for YouTube (10–30 min) - do basic dynamic editing - cut strong hooks in the first 3 seconds - add animated captions and subtitles - find and sync royalty-free music and SFX - color correct and grade all footage - deliver drafts within 24–48 hours - apply revision notes same day - be online 10–12 hours per day - track trends and suggest content ideas Compensation: Negotiable *if you don't have previous experience, pls, don't DM for now!!! for the first 1–2 months, payment will be per deliverable (per video basis) but be confident that's going to be a long-term job offer (with perspective on stable base) i want to do 4-5 quality short videos per week + maybe some quick once (just subtitles and basic editing) if you're interested in, send me your cases in TG: @DeRonin_Manager kindly waiting for your DMs and ready to interview each of you
